There is no reason women should give up their vinyasa yoga practice due to pregnancy. With the appropriate variations and modifications, pregnant women can continue with their vinyasa practice throughout all stages of their pregnancy. This intensive is for vinyasa teachers who want to learn how to integrate pregnant women appropriately and safely into their yoga classes.

About the Instructor:
Jodi Boone has taught prenatal yoga since 2003. She trained with Colette Crawford at the Seattle Holistic Center. She has also practiced as a doula for the past 15 years supporting numerous women and through labor and childbirth. Additionally, she served as a midwife's assistant while living in India. Jodi has taught prenatal yoga teacher trainings in Osaka, Japan, Goa, India and Seattle since 2009.
