Winter/Spring 2026 Schedule
Our 200 Hour RYT Yoga Teacher Training Program is split into two modules. Both modules taken together will earn you your teaching certificate. You can also choose to take the modules a la carte!
Your Commitment:
During training, you’re required to take 2 asana classes per week either at our Capitol Hill, Greenwood or virtual studio. Included in your tuition is an unlimited Grinning membership which gives you access to all weekly classes.
During the program you’ll be assigned required reading and homework as well as outside virtual content that you must watch on your own. The time commitment for outside work varies widely from person to person, but you can expect to spend 2-6 hours per week outside of class completing the coursework.
Attendance is mandatory at all sessions; however; life happens and if you need to travel or miss specific modules/weekends, please let the teacher director know as soon as possible so different arrangements can be made to make up the missed material.Depending on the material missed, you can schedule a private session with the teacher. Private sessions are $80/hour and are not included in the cost of your training tuition.
Some sessions can be made up by scheduling a check in with your yoga buddy instead and obtaining class lecture notes. If you miss a posture clinic, the teacher director can send you a pre-recorded posture clinic to make up for the missed material.
