Welcome to the School of Grins
Our training sessions attract, challenge and cultivate independent thinkers with a longing to create positive impact. We challenge our graduates to live their yoga though mindfulness, vulnerability, self-care & embodiment.

Our Spring 2019 program runs 13 weekends from March 1st - June 9th with two holiday breaks.
Typical weekend hours are: Fridays 6-9, Saturdays + Sundays 930-5. Because we welcome multiple ‘guest-perts’, some weekend schedules will vary. Exact schedule and curriculum is available upon request.
Each of our Grinning Graduates have the opportunity to practice their teaching skills in real classes post graduation. Our *freshly minted* teachers teach a free weekly class on Saturdays at our studios. (Tell your friends!) Support their growth and get a chance to connect with our graduates one-on-one. We look forward to seeing you there!
